attentive staff proactive service free breakfast complimentary coffee
The staff was attentive and proactive. They promptly addressed all my requests. I received complimentary turkish coffee daily. A free breakfast was offered upon my early arrival, which i greatly appreciated.
The wifi signal was sometimes weak and experienced occasional slowdowns , but overall, this was not a significant issue.

wall damage dated bathroom
the breakfast included a good spread.
the room i received was quite small. the walls had some noticeable damage, it detracted from the overall impression.

Excellent stay near historical sites
friendly staff consistent cleaning convenient location historical monuments
The staff helped with directions and always smiled. Room service was consistent with cleaning every day. They also refilled shampoo and water in our room. The location is near many historical places and monuments such as Topkapi and the bazaars.
The street outside could be noisy sometimes.

The room was clean and well-kept. Housekeeping ensured it was super clean daily. There was air conditioning in the room and it worked very well. The beds were comfortable.

The service provided by the hotel was excellent. Staff members were friendly and assisted us with city navigation. The receptionist was always smiling and ready to help with any questions we had about the area.
